I am not dying, not anymore than any of us are at any moment. We run, hopefully as fast as we can, and then everyone must stop. We can only choose how we handle the race.

This site is dedicated to the memory of Cassaandra "Sandy" Annette Maynez who passed away from lung cancer on March 5, 2015 at the age of 46. Sandy was a much loved daughter, sister, and mother. She leaves behind two children: Anthony and Desiree and a granddson. She was preeceed in death by her maternal grandparents Raymond Shank and Mae Shank. She is survived by her mother, Sharon, her father, Don, her brother, Jerry, and her sister, Laura. Sandy was a kind-hearted person who made the best chocolate chip cookies and cakes. She had a natural talent for baking. Sandy had a beautiful laugh and smile. Sandy had the natural ability to be able to fix anything especially cars. Sandy was devoted to her family. Sandy had a kind heart and a wonderful soul and is sorely missed and loved.
